Notice of Commencement services include: Document preparation, Notary Services, Recording with the Clerk of Courts, Certified Notice of Commencements, etc.
A Notice of Commencement (NOC) is a legal document that signals the start of a construction project and is required by Florida law for certain improvements to real property. A NOC must be filed with the Clerk of the Courts before starting work on improvements.
*The NOC must be recorded within 90 days of starting the project.
Contractor Registration Services
Permitting Departments throughout the state of Florida require a Contractor to be registered to pull a permit. Our services include completing the registration application, gathering the required documentation, submitting the Contractor Registration Package, and confirming ACTIVE status upon completion.
Notary Public Services
Notaries public in Florida have the authority to take acknowledgments, administer oaths, solemnize marriage, certify the contents of a safe-deposit box, certify the vehicle identification number of a motor vehicle, and certify copies of documents which are not public records.
